Tournament Hotel

Although it is not required for anyone participating in the Fredericksburg Cup to stay at any specific hotel, we highly encourage you to use WyteStone Suites.  Registration will be held there.  They have made arrangements with other hotels to handle any overflow issue’s or if you are just looking for something other than a suite.  We are anticipating substantial  growth for this years Fredericksburg Cup and want this to be a good experience for everyone.  They are giving refunds for booked rooms if the tournament is canceled due to weather by Friday the 28th, 2009 at 4:00pm.   

If you do not choose to use Wytestone Suites to handle you hotel arrangements, then WyteStone Suites nor the Fredericksburg Cup will be able to assist in any refunds concerning the hotel reservations.  Please don’t gamble the extra expense by using someone else. 

The WyteStone Suites web site address is http://www.wytestonesuitesfredericksburg.com/ .  From interstate 95 exit at 126(which is the Spotsylvania exit).  You will want to take the exit for Route 1 South.  From there you will make a left into South Point Shopping Center and Wytestone Suites of Fredericksburg will be on the Right.

For those choosing to stay at Wytestone Suites of Fredericksburg or having them handle your arrangements, please be sure to let them know when making the reservation that you are with the Fredericksburg Cup Soccer Tournament.  Please contact them at 800-794-5005 only.  They are only able to offer discounted rates over the phone.  If there is any further assistance needed when making your reservation please ask for Dorrie or Pat.
